Often too many times when someone is happy with their results, they go about their day and move on. When you have someone not happy with their results, the first thing that they do is complain. In my case here at Maxwell Aesthetics, I can say nothing but fantastic things. From the time I first called to schedule my appointment, (superb phone etiquette) until I left the building, I had the best experience. I went in to see Loida for a laser consultation, she answered my questions thoroughly and let me know my best options for my goals. I also met with Amy who I thought was very personable and detail oriented. I have been to plenty places around the area who have decent bedside manner, but I can officially say I have found my place!! Thank you Maxwell Aesthetics!

Amy is awesome. She is very skilled at listening to what you want and making suggestions that take your wants into account as well as her professional opinion of what is a realistic and achievable. I appreciated that she explained what she was doing and was conservative since it was my first time and I was unsure of what to ask for. Her judgement was spot on and she refined her suggestions at the follow up appointment as well. Her manner is calming as is the environment at the studio in general. I would trust her with my face again!

Many people are embarrassed/shy about admitting that they use BOTOX or dysport to treat wrinkles, and this might be why there aren’t many other very bad reviews for this place. I had a terrible experience with the know-it-all SELF-PROCLAIMED-expert AMY, who waives a syringe pretending to be a big shot, while oblivious to the client explanations of what had worked previously at other centers. Amy injected Botox in the wrong places in my face, which predictably caused the wrong results, which were not corrected after follow-ups and new injections. Maxwell Aesthetics was advertising Botox at $10.00 per unit, but overall I spent about $500.00 and had my face deformed at this place. I have had this procedure many times during the past decades, and I know that it works well for me IF DONE PROPERLY. Also very concerning is that many places are diluting the product a lot more than what is recommended by the manufacturer; for example if they dilute 10 folds more, they make 10 times more profits, which is very DISONEST and would explain when the product does not work. Many REPUTABLE places are now charging to treat specific areas of the face, instead of charging per unit of Botox; this way it is their responsibility to use the correct dilution and to inject in the correct areas, and if they don’t get good results at minimum they refund the money. I strongly advise anyone to stay away from places like Maxwell Aesthetics that are charging per UNIT of Botox, and even offering the so-called Botox sales – RUN.
