My husband and I celebrate our birthday’s in the same week and treated ourselves to a couples massage. Jessica and Raquel, our therapists, were both AMAZING! We have gotten massages all over the world, but never have we both agreed at the same time that both of our massage therapists were excellent. They tuned in to our individual needs and issues, and really left both of us feeling so much better than when we arrived. Absolutely a FABULOUS experience!! I always make going to Body Health and Mind a full day of beauty and relaxation. It is unbelievable the number of services they offer!! I’ve enjoyed their salon, their nail spa, their massages, and most recently they have added med spa services! The atmosphere in the spa is beautiful and the staff is so welcoming and helpful. I actually drive from Asheville to go there because they are so wonderful. Highly recommend.

I came in in from out of town for the Holidays needing some maintenance and got a fantastic cut! It was a wonderful treat that my stylist had the expertise to jump in to my long , thick hair, and add the perfect amount of highlights and point cut my hair in all the right places, which is very difficult, and only the best can do this. I definitely recommend this excellent salon and Dominique!

Full disclosure, I am good friends with the owner Janet. That being said, I am also a bit of a Karen when it comes to my face. I do way too much research, have a million questions, and require a lot of coddling. In addition, I have a very low tolerance to pain. Up to now, I’ve had two Lumecca treatments and one Morpheus8 treatment. I always request Janet because she takes her time with me, explains everything, has the best numbing cream, and just makes it a pleasurable experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Body Health and Mind Center for all your medical spa needs. I’ve had massages and pedicures here as well which have also always been good. It’s time to treat yourself!

I love BH&M Center. I’ve been a client for almost 20 years, I think. I got my first massage ever here. I left the area for a decade and was pleased that it’s still the go-to spa, especially for massages. I love the atmosphere, especially with the added history of the house. My favorite massage therapists are Stephanie and Raquel, but honestly I think all the therapists are talented.
