Staff was friendly! Except for my mom’s massage (which wasn’t hard enough and didn’t focus the areas she asked the therapist to), every treatment option was overpriced and ineffective for a one time spa experience. We didn’t leave feeling pampered and refreshed like we thought we would.

Came from out of state and stopped here December 18th for the first time. All the ladies including the owner went above and beyond for us. I never once felt uncomfortable. They were so patient, kind and made us all feel welcome. We did the sauna pod, salt room (only one in southern MN), foot detox and oxygen bar. I was blown away with everything including the prices!

This is one of my favorite places in kato. The staff is super knowledgeable, personable, and completely accommodating. The atmosphere is so relaxing! I always leave feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. My favorite treatments are the sauna pods and the foot detoxes…..but I will be trying the HOT yoga box this weekend and we are so looking forward to it. I highly recommend Body Concepts. If you have never been to Body Concepts you REALLY must do yourself a favor and go! This is by far the best spa experience! Not only will you leave feeling good, but you will feel BETTER!
