I went to body benefit for a a gel manicure & pedicure. Within a day my nail had chipped but the issue is before even leaving the salon with two coats the manicure was so streaky, I asked for another coat but she said it was fine. I feel as though a lot of their gel nail polish was tacky/old which may have caused this issue. For 100 dollars I expected this to be a beautiful color and a last at least a week or two. I would not return and I would not recommend.

I’ve been to Body Benefits quite a few times and have only had very positive experiences. Had a facial with Fiona last time and it was great. Loved the products, she was super knowledgeable and I looked radiant for my son’s wedding!!

The place is clean and the staff very nice! Gave a three review because I was truly disappointed that my niece that has leukemia was not satisfied with her facial! She has red blotches all over her face ans felt worst then she did when she went in. Thanks body benefits way to go she already felt depressed and this was supposed to be a relaxing enjoyable experience for her. I’m so sorry we spent nearly $500 here as she felt worst then she did before we walked in ☹️☹️☹️ truly disappointed… One thing I can say Fiona the lady that did my facial was awesome but this wasn’t for me I would’ve rather my niece have a the experience I had.

The spa is nice and everyone was friendly. My mani/pedi was great; no issues there. But my massage was awful. The price isn’t bad compared to Boston but my husband gives a better massage for free. It was probably just the technician I had but I don’t know her name to warn you.
