Where do I begin!? What an amazing experience at Body & Balance. My massage with Oneida was beyond 5 star. I feel refreshed, rejuvenated and relaxed… almost as if I’m in a new body. I had a 60 minute session and it is exactly what I needed. I feel relieved in areas I did not know needed it. Oneida has great hands and took the time to ask what areas to focus on the most. Hands down this is the best massage I have ever had. I can’t wait to schedule my next appointment and I highly recommend for everyone to check this place out. Thank you Oneida!!

I have had massages all over the world and never thought much of them. However, once I met Oneida, I found out what I was missing. She is a highly skilled therapist. She listens very well and focuses on the areas that need work. In most places, the therapists have a set routine that they follow but this is not the case with Oneida. She does do a full massage but she adjusts it based on her client’s personal issues. She is a gem. After a session that includes hot stones, cupping, and stretching, I feel great. She’s the best I’ve ever had.

Oneida is hands down the BEST. If I could give her 10 stars I would. She is not only a very skilled and professional massage therapist, but she has a warm and comforting presence that makes you feel at ease right away. I usually come in with pain/headache and leave feeling like a new person. I’m surprised there are any negative reviews- sounds like people come late to their appointments and get upset that they can’t be seen or need to be rescheduled. I appreciate that Oneida is on time and punctual. Highly recommend!

My sessions with Body & Balance have been fabulous! I absolutely love the new Coral Gables location and really enjoy the personalized care and communication I have with my therapist. I suffer from arthritis and have several herniated discs but since receiving regular treatments, I have eliminated the need to take drugs to ease the pain. Amazing! I recommend the hot stone sessions for a real treat! Great place and service.

I came here for a massage after my trip from Europe. The time change and the long plane ride made myself feel more tired and drained.
