rating based on yoga. went to a 90 minute”level 2 vinyasa” and the class was not vinyasa (movement was not progressive with breath, there was no flow, 2 chattarangas the whole class) and it was not level 2, it was a level 1 class with 30 seconds for “handstands or headstands or anything else” thrown in with no cueing or warm up to and of that. it was 23$ ($3 for a mat rental) which seems steep for a drop in in this area. the teacher stayed at the front of the class and demoed the whole class, and she did not give any verbal or hands on adjustments. it was not a strength or flow class at all, very slow stretching, poorly cued (sometimes an advanced option was offered for king pigeon or compass pose but no modifications were given if you wanted to work on it but didn’t have the full expression of the pose). i normally wouldn’t rate a studio based on one class but this seemed to be somewhat negligent teaching, very disappointing based on other reviews

I had the privilege to have a treatment with Allison. Her energy was welcoming and she is an incredibly talented intuitive professional. It was easily the best deep tissue massage I have had. The vibe here is also just as welcoming as she was. It’s clean, it smells good, excellent product selection, communicative staff, enjoyable personal sauna experience – a really great choice for the area. Not cheap, but also, worth the price. AND I also did yoga with Danielle and she was a wonderful teacher, creating a safe warm space and a slow-building hatha flow that remained accessible.

I thoroughly enjoyed my massage with Morgan. The massage felt skillfully tailored specifically to my body and needs, which I really appreciated. Morgan also comes across as open and caring towards all genders and sizes of bodies, which is important to me. I was able to relax during the massage and afterwards, my physical pain and stress were greatly reduced. I highly recommended Morgan if you are looking for an intuitive and healing massage experience.

I received a facial and an eyelash lift and tint. For my first ever facial experience it was very nice! Very relaxing! And Heather was really nice! I honestly wouldn’t recommend the eyelash lift and tint. It was $115 and i don’t really notice anything in my lashes at all except a little darkness. It didn’t really lift my lashes and the tint wasn’t put all over all of my lashes….wish I didn’t waste my money on it.

I got a 60 minute massage while my wife got her hair did ;)Boy was this a great anniversary gift. Inana was my masseuse. She’s highly experienced and quite gifted. She walked me through the entire massage as it was happening. She helped me release pent up energy and relax deeply. Ask for her if you stop by.
