I had a wonderful experience. Victoria was exceptional she highlighted my hair and cut it. I just love it. I would definitely going back. As we were waiting we asked if there was availability for my son to get a hair cut and Wes said he would cut his hair. Wes was very friendly and gave him a great hair cut. We asked about hair products and they were very knowledgeable and gave us the best product for our hair.

I had come to this location for 20 years to get a haircut with the same stylist and was very happy until my appointment on 10/12/22. I showed up 15 minutes late (still within the allowable time) and yet was told that I was 20 minutes late. If I was 20 minutes late I would accept it, but I was not. Yes, I asked if I could go park my car, the lady at the front desk said yes. I parked directly in front of the salon and it took me 20 secs max to do that. The manager insisted that it would not be fair for the next customer, that it was all about the customer experience she said. Let me tell you, I had waited for my hairstylist many times before because she was running late and someone else had to shampoo my hair but I never complained about that, yet they would not let me get a haircut this time. All I wanted was my usual haircut, not the shampoo, no hair drying, only a haircut. Some customer experience that has been. That is not the way to treat a loyal customer and for that reason, I won’t be returning.

Alaina did an amazing job on my hair. Admittedly, I’m not a high maintenance girl, but once a year I have a full work up with touch ups every 3 or 4 months. I’ve been a Bob Steele client for 4 years, this being the first time visiting the Atlanta location, I was a bit nervous because my stylist Andrea from the Alpharetta location has been my ride or die since 2018 and it truly is hard to beat perfection. However, some scheduling conflicts and my crazy work life lead me to booking with Alaina and I am so glad it did. She is my kind of vibe, very professional/accommodating while also being candid and comforting. She made conversation easy and was very helpful with tips/product advice. But!! Most of all, my hair looks incredible. I asked to go a bit brighter balayage with a few inches taken off and she delivered effortlessly. Now I have 2 kickass stylists at 2 locations to chose from, and that is honestly the best problem I have ever had.

I never leave reviews! However, I am very disappointed in my haircut and shared my experience with their Homeoffice. I was told that someone would reach out to me to make it right and they have not. I left feeling as though I cut my own hair. It is uneven and I did not get the layers and the framing I requested. Haircut

I completely trusted the stylists with 15+ years of experience to do a color correction. After two appointments you can see what happened to my hair in the photos below. I was left in bleach for 3+ hours. The stylist was not able to finish blow drying because of how damaged it was and let me leave the salon with broken pieces of hair all over my shirt. No acknowledgement or apology on his part.

Haircut overall is fine, not as much was taken off as I asked for and I don’t have difficult hair but the experience/service was lacking. I arrived 5 minutes before my 11:45 appointment. At 12, someone came by saying they would give me a shampoo, after that the hairdresser came over to cut my hair. Very few words were exchanged and it was weird to me that she didn’t see my hair dry to get an idea of what it was like. She left to go finish with another client as a third person blow dried my hair. The hair dresser came back to do a couple more snips and quickly send me on my way. I had paid and was walking back to my car at 12:35. I will say everyone was nice, the company just seems to be severely overbooking their employees.
