This was the probably the BEST pedicure I’ve had in my life! Not sure if it was just Benny or if it’s the salon but I will absolutely be back to see Benny. A massage is an actual massage not just rubbing my skin. He brought me wine and we chatted and he gave me a lesson on what makes a good quality pedicure/manicure. I wish I could take him home with me, unfortunately I don’t live close enough to come here regularly.

I never really come here because each time I’ve come, the service has been sub-par. But this time, we came because there was a gift card involved. I had called earlier in the week to schedule 4 pedicures and when we arrived, they looked confused. The guy who did my pedicure was not in a good mood and not friendly at all. And he cut me and I was bleeding and he didn’t even apologize or ask if I was okay. The other two people in our appointment were sitting and waiting for 25 min before they even got to soak their feet. Everyone here is constantly in a rush and in a bad mood and it seems like they can’t get their schedule aligned because they’re always arguing about who’s taking what customer. I just think it’s a poor experience and I’m really disappointed that I keep trying to like this place but each time I leave with a terrible experience. There’s maybe only like a few nice workers here.

The older man completely butchered my nails. The picture was less than 24 hours after having them done and it looks as if they’ve been growing out for a week! Absolutely will not ever be going back. I had to go to a holiday party with these extremely embarrassing things! He got polish all over my hands and told me to scrub them with a brush instead of removing the polish for me, which was painful and made my skin raw.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for a while and it happened this time that the person who always do my nails was on vacation. Someone else assisted me and didn’t do great job on my nails.. He doesn’t even communicate well and he’s rushing to do my nails. Uneven portion of nail polish and messy.. $52 was a waste of money even when I tipped him $8 no thank you at all! I called them about my complaint before going back and the lady told me to come that time. I went back in there but they’ll all busy and the lady informed the guy about my complaint and the guy said he’s busy and didn’t even apologize for his bad service! lol. Well, I told the lady I don’t want him to do my nails anymore. It’s awful!! So I waited for an hour and finally Kim assisted me. Never again to him. I ended up paying again $27 which was I don’t mind, she also deserved to be tipped $13.

I went in and got a deluxe pedicure and they asked if I wanted gel or regular polish and I said gel because it’s usually standard and they charged an extra 20 dollars to get gel. So to get 2 pedicures and a full set it came out to 197.00 that just seems outrageous. And I feel like if they are going to charge for gel it shouldn’t be 20 dollars extra I can go somewhere else and get it better for less.

If I could give negative Stars I totally would. I came in here a week ago to get my nails done for my ceremony and pictures and the guy that did my pedicures and Nails was super rough clipped my skin a couple times was rude didn’t ask what pedicure I wanted and then when we went to the nails to do acrylics he didn’t ask if I wanted my natural nails cut or what shape I wanted how long I wanted or anything. He glued on the fake nails without cutting my natural nails and just went at it and my acrylics are a week old like only a week old and they’re already lifting up my hair when I run my fingers through it gets caught in the nails. I recommend going somewhere else because this place is not that professional and the rude, hurt your fingers and dont care, and barely talk to you.
