So I was here from out of town visiting my family decided to treat my mother and me to a nails day. I spent 150 dollars including tip for our nails just to have one pop off eating dinner (the same day), and 4 pop off while washing my hair. I was livid because of how much money I spent for them to just be popping off. I noticed him not use enough acrylic while doing my fill but thought hey maybe he has a technique. He claims I told him I wanted them thin because I made a comment about how my other nails were thicker then these ones. I went in for them to redo them just to find out he’s only fixing my broken ones (5) he then said he wasn’t his fault and that I need to ask his customers that this has never happened before. I said why would you not fix all of them they come off so easy? I then touched my nail get it a slight bend and it just snaps off without any force. I demanded a refund since he wouldn’t fix them, and he gave me my money and I walked out. Went to daqueen nails and Bryan made my nails come back to life. Oh yea I saw them waxing someone’s eyebrows and double dipping the wax stick so disgusting. Never go here.

Terrible service! Had eyelash extensions done, fell off in two days, off one eye completely! Called in a Sunday and spoke to Tom he said they were reapply just go back in no problem. When I went in on Monday the girl that applied them was angry with me said I didn’t take care of them and that it would cost$15 to reapply. I told her and showed her I did take care of them and have only one eye with extensions left. Why would I have only one eye left with them if I didn’t take care of them? She started talking to the only guy there in Vietnamese walks away and is visibly angry and said I would have to pay. I said why should I pay again when they didn’t even last two weeks let alone two days? So the guy that she’s talking to asked me to follow her. I told him she doesn’t want to do them and she wants to charge me and I spoke to Tom and he said to come in and they would reapply then. I ask where is Tom? Ah he left out of town. I said I just spoke to him yesterday. Oh he left out of town for two weeks yesterday. Really. Wow! No way to run a business!!!

Not fancy but neat, clean, and roomy. Great service. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices for dip manicure and gel pedicure. No blaring music or loud conversations among staff. The gentleman that did my mani pedi was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. It was nice to sit in the massage chair as I got my pedicure done. I will definitely be back!

The longest I have had to wait is 15 minutes which isn’t bad! I love that the nail techs carry conversations with their customers! The prices are great. The customer service here is pretty depressing. I called first thing in the morning to set an appointment for 10. I was told they could do 10:30. I called a few minutes before 10:30 to make sure they would get us in right away. I was told to get there right away and we would be seated in less than 10 minutes. When we arrived there was 1 woman who walked in ahead of us and no one else waiting. My mother and I were sat for our pedicures, but sat and waited for about 30 minutes for someone to actually come start on us. The pedicure chair where I was seated still had a dirty towel on it from the last client. The lady attempted to use the same towel for me and did not do anything to clean up until I asked. My daughter went completely unacknowledged for her manicure as the lobby filled up. They then seated 3 clients for manicures that walked in after us before my daughter. Two clients that arrived after we did (as walk-ins) were completely done with their manicures before my daughter’s manicure was even started. Despite waiting about 45 minutes for the pedicures to start and about an hour and a half for the manicure to start, we were charged full price. When we asked about it at check out, $5 was discounted.

Positive: QualityBeen going to the Blvd since it opened. Owners John and Christine are lovely people. Their work is second to none. Through the years I tried many other places, no one compares to their quality of work and prices. Due to COVID-19 I have not been able to go, but as soon as I can I will be back to support this locally owned business.

Horrible experience. Took my wife here before taking family photos, and they didn’t do her nails how she requested, and when she said something they were completely rude and did not care. Do not come here.

Drove by and saw the huge sign for nails so I parked and went in. I enjoyed the manicure and pedicure. The gel nails are still good after a month! Prices are reasonable as well. Definitely had a good time chit chatting with the staff here 🙂

They charged me $20 more than they should have. They do like to rush. They tell you only 20 minute wait, and you end up waiting an hour or more…Have them give you a quote first before they inflate the price. Also, they would not even give us a discount for making my daughter’s cuticle bleed…

I’ve gone a few times to accompany my mom for pedicures and to keep trying to see if it will improve and today I saw that it clearly is not. I was told I would get a $37 gel pedi and it came to $60 plus who knows how that price came. Then prior to that a larger woman came in and the man doing mine began to smirk and chatter in Asian to the staff and it was so ovious and made me really uncomfortable. My toes aren’t done to the price of $37 let alone $60 plus…so basic and poor rude service. I wish my mom could get what she wants from them at another salon
