Critical: ProfessionalismIn addition to the erroneous statement that 50 dollars per hour online and out side is the full price, I paid 160 dollars on cash for two hours of massage, in which she said each hour of massage would be 60 dollars with a 20 dollar tip per hour after massage. Must all in cash and can’t use card! Never again!

I made an appointment and was told to not purchase the massage via Groupon but pay them the full amount at the SPA. I walked in and was not greeted at all. I asked if I could have the stone massage as I had requested. I was taken to a room and the Masseuse came with her cell on her hand. She did not speak a word of English. She started the massage with one hand. After fifteen minutes I asked her when she was going to use the stone. She didn’t understand. I asked to speak to the receptionist. I told her that the massage was unacceptable because the masseuse was using one hand and was on her phone the whole time. Then I had paid for stone massage. I got dressed and said that what I had experienced was simply unacceptable. DO NOT GO. It is more stressful than anything. I will never go there. Wasted time.
