Wonderful service! I have very long, thick, curly natural hair. After receiving a blow-out treatment at Blow-Hampton, I attended an outdoor wedding, and the style held up beautifully.

I used to love getting my blow outs here but after today I was completely disappointed. I specifically showed the picture of my previous blow out done by someone at blow. It wasn’t what i wanted so I asked her to do more curls at the bottom. I then go to pay and they charged me $10 for using a curling iron when I specifically asked for curls on the bottom (not waves) and showed her a picture. I didn’t say anything about the up charge and I wasn’t told of one either. I am cured attempting to fix my hair because I don’t like and I have my maternity pictures in 2 hours. I also had to go attempt to take cash out from the ATM at golden pear because they don’t accept tips on credit cards. I had no time to wait or go through the process and to be honest not worthy of a tip either. She was rough and rushing through the whole blow out as well as eating while the iron was heating. I mean just uncomfortable overall the professionalism has definitely changed from when tbey first opened. I will not be back after this experience. I agree 100% with the negative reviews below me.

Critical: ProfessionalismOscar was rude and lacks customer service skills. I was 7 minutes late to my blowout appointment and was told at the check in desk I would have to forgo having my hair washed. I was totally onboard with just styling and when I sat in Oscar’s chair and took out my day 2 ponytail he looked at me with disgust and said “what do you want me to do with THIS?” As if I was supposed to show up to a blow out with squeaky clean hair. I apologized for being late and went over how I wanted my hair styled, but he rushed his way through, even commenting to the other stylist that the customers had been weird all day, ending the appointment with 8 minutes to spare. Next time I need a blow out in the area I’ll get glam squad or go to a reputable salon. Don’t need the attitude when it wasn’t served up to begin with.Service: HairstylingOscar was rude and lacks customer service skills. Went with a bridal party and it was awful. 1. They did the bride first. 2. They didn’t have enough people 3. They only have one good makeup artist, Bri. The other one told us she was hungover and we all ended up washing our faces off and redoing our makeup before the wedding. 4. An updo is anything with a Bobby pin. They don’t have enough people that do updos and GOOD makeup. The manager (owner?) was extremely rude. I paid $170 to redo my hair AND makeup. Horrible place for a bridal party. Definitely go someplace else.

I never treat myself to a day at the salon but it was my birthday so I decided to. I went to Blow to get the keratin treatment done because I’ve always had dry unmanageable hair and they were offering a half of special for $80 as I saw on a post on instagram. The receptionist/manager (I guess) was nice but had a dry personality about her which is normal for the Hamptons. The girl who did my hair was very nice. After a lot of time and a few minor scalp burns I was on my way to healthier happier hair. I went to pay and it came out to much more then $80 and when I tired to find the post on instagram that stated that price it had been deleted already. So I paid it but I was not happy about being put out like that. Little did I know you can’t wash it for three days which was terrible but liveable. After I finally got to wash it with the high priced shampoo and conditioner I purchased from them my hair looked fantastic, but only a week later it was back to being dull and frizzy. I contacted Blow about this and was told I’d receive a call back about it. I waited but never received that call. After I called back three more times, still awaiting a call back I gave up and turned to instagram to see if I could be contacted that way. Finally someone called me back. They offered me another treatment but after the time and inconvenience the first one had caused me I thanked them but said no. I agreed to a deep conditioning treatment instead. I went and had that done and again a week later my hair was back to the way it always was. Again I called them received no call back. I guess instagram is the only way to get a call back to an unsatisfied customer. They offered another treatment but at this time I was over the waste of gas, time and poor attitude from the receptionist. They offered me a new shampoo and conditioner to which I denied because I’m not driving over an hour each way to get it. Finally I went on instagram to thank them for trying to help me and finally getting back to me only to find out they deleted every post that I contacted them through and blocked me from their page. Good to know an unsatisfied customer gets kicked while they are down. Very unprofessional. Waste of money for anything other then a blow out. The stylists were wonderful but that’s about it. I will never go back there.

Bad bad bad !! I went there on my day off for a pedicure and I ended up very disappointed! The girl didn’t know what she was doing, I had to stop her few times and explain how she spouse to cut my cuticles! I didn’t even let her finish, and to not mention that she was very slow ! And they end up changing me 40 $ for it ! I don’t know about hair cuts or coloring, but for pedicure defenetley don’t go there !

Nice that they moved and made the new place really nice but they don’t have anyone who can actually do hair. I think it’s pretty hard to mess up a blowout but my hair looked better when I went in. It wasn’t dried 100% and she didn’t use a good product on me to cut out the frizz. It was several weeks ago in the dead of the summer and even straight hair gets frizzy when you don’t blow it. I won’t be going back. I’m going to try out a place in South instead. And did I mention that the people behind the front desk are rude…because they are. Good thing the appointment was booked under a friends name so they don’t try calling and apologizing…not interested in that at all. Thanks but no thanks.

I went here the other day and was pretty dissapointed on how my hair came out. The stylist wasn’t very nice either. I had gotten my hair done for family pictures and was pretty sad about how it looked.

If only zero stars were possible. Was a very loyal custome for a very long time. There is no management here. Very unprofessional stylists, rude, and talk about customers badly. It’s too bad because some of them are good at what they do.
