This used to be my go-to place for brow threading and tinting. Unfortunately, they no longer take appointments for brows and every time I walk in there are tons of people waiting. I arrived at 1:15pm yesterday. There were three employees and no one acknowledged me or anyone else who walked in and had no idea why we were even there. I had no idea how long the wait would be but decided to sit and be patient. They fully book every worker with other appointments and skip over everyone who needs brow service (even though walk in is your only option for that). I sat for over 40 min and someone who was way ahead of me in line asked how long it would be and the only response was “very long” . If brows are walk-in only, they need a dedicated staff member to take those clients. Not a single person waiting for brows was taken back while I was there. I will sadly not use this place anymore. They really did a wonderful job on my brows but they have lost my business.

They did not do a good job accommodating kids for hair cuts. The lady who was trying to do the hair there was being rude with my kids. Not a good place for treating customers well. Esp kids . I will never recommend this place to anyone. Customer service is Elbert important for any business to be successful. If they are busy does not mean they can behave rude.

I visited the facility today around 3:15pm First of all, there was no one on the counter for check-in. Only 2 people were working and busy with facials with other clients. They did not have time to take any customers but they were squeezing in at a time and were in so much hurry that didn’t even saying no if you want to do full face threading or waxing. Moreover, they were not even greeting. their clients and the one lady who did my eyebrows and side burns, did worst job!!!! When I got home and saw my half of the hair were present. Absolutely not worth going and spending money. I even made an appointment with them yesterday, but still they didn’t know that who has an appointment. I would give them 1 star because that the only lowest I can go.

Worst service ever . I had an appointment at 5.30 n they took me at 5.50 inspite of telling them multiple times tat I hav a 6 month old baby in car .. n did haircut in 10 min and after haircut my hair was all wet n sheetal said it’s done. When I asked will u not dry it she said u have to take another appointment to do tat.. never heard this in my life .. ruined my hair.. please don’t go there gals to spoil ur hair n time n money. Very very disappointing
