I came in to buy some Kevin Murphy products. When I entered the place it’s a very cute set up. No one approached me or even said anything to me. The way the place is set up, technically only one stylist can see the front. But they had no one at the front desk and no one came out after I entered. I saw the products I was interested in and went over to check them out. Then after a while of looking and no one approaching me (I had some questions to ask). I sat down and waited…. A few mins later a customer came in that the front stylist seemed to recognize and she talked to her about who she was seeing today. Then the front lady finished the woman she was working on and checked her out. While I still waited and I didn’t even get a glance from her to engage. While I watched her check the woman out I noticed that her hair was unevenly cut even tho the color looked good. I feel as if I could have tried more to get the stylist attention but with the couple of girls who could see me and her (after I sat down). I would have appreciated some type of acknowledgment. Instead I felt ignored….
