I have always had amazing stylists who are both professional and courteous. Each stylist verifies with you what you are looking for and they make sure they understand fully what they will be doing with your hair before they even start by taking you to back to shampoo. Over the years myself and my daughters have had many services here, including curls, braids, updos as well as the “basic” wash and blow dry. We have also used their expert make-up services many times. I have been a client at the Blo Out Lounge in Valencia for many years. I have always had amazing stylists who are both professional and courteous. Each stylist verifies with you what you are looking for and they make sure they understand fully what they will be doing with your hair before they even start by taking you to back to shampoo. Over the years myself and my daughters have had many services here, including curls, braids, updos as well as the “basic” wash and blow dry. We have also used their expert make-up services many times. I highly recommend the Blo Out Lounge for their top notch services.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI would never recommend a place like this to anyone. It is absolutely disgusting how they don’t require their stylists to be well versed on all hair types and have the audacity to charge a client for a service that was not asked for. It is blatantly obvious that your business and those who work within do not value the customer who is in fact contributing to and trusting you. Instead of addressing the problem and making right where foul play indeed occurred, you would rather be petty and respond to those in the reviews that they “had not been in your business.” They probably haven’t and God bless them because no one deserves the treatment that was placed upon the girl in the beginning.I would never recommend a place like this to anyone. I would never recommend a place like this to anyone. It is absolutely disgusting how they don’t require their stylists to be well versed on all hair types and have the audacity to charge a client for a service that was not asked for. It is blatantly obvious that your business and those who work within do not value the customer who is in fact contributing to and trusting you.
