One of the best massages I have ever had! Haley was kind, professional and was really knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. She has miraculous hands. She didn’t just cater to what I thought I wanted but she accurately assessed my muscles and knew exactly what to do and what to work on. I love that she used heat and cupping and various tools. I am definitely planning on driving the hour and a half just to see her again! Thanks Haley!

I was given a gift certificate of $100 -worst Mani & pedi I’ve ever had – I do landscaping – she would not even clean the dirt under my fingernails very unfriendly young girl.I canceled less than 24 hrs & they were charging me the the whole value of the gift certificate of $100 for late rescheduling and wanted to charge me another $100 for mani & pedi . I was not notified that there will be a rescheduling fee when making the appointment on the phone ! Going back to KizCoCo for the best service !

I received a deep tissue massage from Melissa. We spoke about areas that bother me most & she was able relieve tension there & other areas that surprisingly that I wasn’t aware of. I was visiting my daughter & she goes to Melissa & my daughter says that she has changed her life ! Well If I lived in Ormond Beach I certainly would be a regular customer! This was my first time ever going to a spa and well I was impressed by a few things but also unimpressed. When you get there they have you fill out a few sheets. It felt rushed I couldn’t fill them all out before they put me in for my facial. The facial was a nice experience but it felt like she was breathing over my face. But over all it was pretty relaxing. They give you water in-between but they don’t give you time to enjoy it. Then they moved me to my massage, they have these heating blanckets to cover with which i enjoyed. the massage was great it self but not knowing anything when she was done I wasn’t to sure if I kept the robe on or change back into my clothes. There was no direction fo help. When I opened the door her face was surprised and then she told me to change. After I went to the front to get my nails done, well there was some drama from someone getting fired and the misuse would talk about her clients to the owner, making jokes and what not. It wasn’t a very relaxing environment. The lady that did my facial also did my nails and it was not worth it at all. For a 400$ package I could have gotten my nails done at my normal place for cheaper and they still would have came out better. They have this tin bucket they put your feet in and the water gets cold super fast. She took her time doing them but I had spots missing, my nails weren’t even, and just a over all bad job. The chair was uncomfortable and the crackers they give you were so thin it just tasted cheap. I feel like they have alot to improve if they want to be a relaxing spa. I won’t be returning for my next one nor will I tell people to go here. A spa should be a nice relaxing environment and that definitely wasn’t if your not in the room. The owner made a comment about us tipping them. Again me not knowing anything I was going to tip at the end and I did. But there is no need to ask the customers to tip when they arent even done yet. That’s being pushy and feeling like the money is more important than the customer having a relaxing time. They have alot to improve on as a spa business.
