Krystle at Bliss Salon is amazing; she cut and colored my hair for about 4 years when I lived in Lansing. She is relaxed and personable and makes for fun salon appointments. My hair was always cut perfectly, and she worked with me to slowly start adding some color to my hair. Over the years, we gradually went lighter and lighter, and it looked perfect each time. I’ve lived in two other states since, and I’ve struggled to find a hair stylist who is consistently on point like Krystle always was!

Will be going here 100% of the time in the future. I personally recommend Brenda and April who did my hair, but everyone else was so nice to me and helpful the entire time. I have never been here before last week and I messaged Brenda on Instagram. I really didn’t like my hair and wanted something completely different. I also was moving to Italy at the end of the following week and on a time crunch. Brenda and April both did a consult for my hair for free with me, helped me find the right color and extensions, and worked outside of their normal hours to help me get it done before I left. I couldn’t come in one day and they both reworked their schedules for me, which was just so awesome. All for a random client just because I really wanted my hair before my trip. I just think they were so nice to do that for me and go out of their way for me. My hair turned out so amazing. Lexi another hairstylist had hair that was a lot like what I wanted and she let us look at her extensions and helped color them and tell me how to take care of them even when she didn’t have to help because I wasn’t her client. Very reasonable prices for quality. Everyone from the front desk to all the stylist were very helpful and kind. Thank you so much for helping me and giving me my dream hair!!

Wonderful time! I have come here for a few haircuts but most recently I came in to dye my hair for a charity event! Jordan was my stylist, and they did an amazing job, even booking another time to patch up any pieces we missed (my hair is dark black so dyeing it white was a hefty challenge)

Unfortunately I would never recommend this salon. If you have curly hair THIS IS NOT THE PLACE for you. My curly hair is fried after coming here. They have their highest stylist so booked that they are doing 5 other people at the same time as you, so you spend most of your service waiting or having their assistant work on your hair (yet you pay for a level 4 stylist). After expressing my frustrations with my hair the stylist offered to come in on her off day to do my hair, which I was extremely happy about. However, I woke up early on a Saturday to get there at the time she requested, and had to wait an hour and half before she got there. Moving forward to today, my curly hair is brittle and damaged after getting it colored 4 times and is STILL nothing like I requested. If you have curly hair or any texture at all I would not recommend this salon, go somewhere else. I am the type of person who likes to pay more to get better results, however I spent hundreds of dollars here, just to turn around and spend additional money somewhere else to fix it.

Ashley! Like don’t even go here if you aren’t ready to be fully obsessed! The whole experience was AMAZING. My son was stoked to get his mullet and I was fan girling out about meeting Ashley! Not only is she super (like should be illegal) talented but everyone there was also SO friendly! My sons mullet is siiiiick. I will 1000% recommend Bliss all day every day!

I had an excellent experience at Bliss Salon. I got an amazing cut from Ashley, with an undercut that has a perfectly symmetrical honeycomb hair tattoo! I really love it. The staff is great and the boutique offers a great selection of products. I will definitely be going back.

I was so grateful to find Bliss was available for my wedding day on relatively short notice after my first plan fell through. They told me my wedding party (2 makeup applications, 3 hairdos), would have one stylist. A couple months before the day when I had my trial, they switched the stylist on me, and I was a bit nervous about that. April was great though! When I didn’t love the first hair trial we did, I changed the style and had another trial that I liked much better. I also had a makeup trial done with airbrush makeup. The day of, she didn’t have airbrush written down anywhere, so we did liquid foundation. It worked out just as well though even though I wanted airbrush originally. We did onsite, and she was right on time and had all the necessary materials (besides the airbrush). All in all, it was a good experience even though there were a couple minor setbacks.
