Critical: ProfessionalismPrice wasn’t the problem, I told them to get my son a short style, it was short yes but she didn’t shape it, didnt shave the back of his neck or do the style like I showed her a picture of. He got out the chair i got him to look at me, at the front (at the forehead) his hair was sideways and the side burns spot was missed.. not pro at all. Over 20 years of experience I don’t think so!! Price wasn’t the problem, I told them to get my son a short style, it was short yes but she didn’t shape it, didnt shave the back of his neck or do the style like I showed her a picture of. There are hair stylists, and then there’s Tonia. She can look at any picture you show her, analyze and nail it. She’s also the bang whisperer. Anyone with bangs knows it can go really wrong, really fast but not in Tonia’s hands. She listens, airs on the side of caution and ensures I always leave with exactly what I have asked for. I don’t think I’ve written a review in years, but when someone is that good, you just have to pay it forward. Happy Haircut….
