I went in for a pedicure and manicure the person that did that for me was Sam. She seemed OK at first was pedicure was OK manicure was the worst I’ve ever received. She never trimmed my cuticles when I left my hands look like nothing was ever done. She left me drying in the back, never said she was leaving never came back so when I was done I walked out front and asked for her the gentleman said she was setting up for her next client which was untrue because no one was there she was not there it was very odd I will never go back she didn’t even deserve the tip I left. First & last time there!!

I went in today my first visit to get nails and hair cut. Everyone was pleasant and nice. Sammy was nice and did a good job on my nails. Robin was amazing and did a wonderful job on my hair. My only major complaint was how the heck do you tip?? I’m more than willing and happy to but like 99 percent of people I do not carry cash. I was expecting like 99 percent of salons and spas that when I checked out I would be able to add on a tip. Nope. No where was I able to add a tip to my receipt. I was never told how to. My bad for not asking yet! I shouldn’t have to ask how to tip since 99 percent of people are more than willing and happy too and it is expected. Poor customer service in that regard to not only customers but your employees.

We had heard good things about the salon & were willing to wait as long as we needed. We scored an appointment with Lexi. She made my wife feel comfortable and provided her with a professional consultation for a haircut that fit her wants. We are now very happy and stoked to come back in the future. Critical: Quality, ValueI arrived for my brow waxing appointment and was escorted back to the chairs with bowl attachments for hair washing. I was told to put my head in the bowl – as if I were getting my hair washed. My neck hurt so bad during the whole process. There wasn’t any support and no cushion for the neck. The lighting was dim. And though I was concerned I said nothing.My brows ended up way thinner than I’d wanted and the worst part was she ripped the skin off my right upper eye lid area. I’m 4 days out from having had this service and I have a huge scab. It hurts a lot and because of the negligence of the waxer, I’m left with pain, and an open wound area that can’t be covered to heal.And to make matters worse, there were so many stray hairs that I had to pluck when I got home. Ashley did a great job. My first hair cut from her and my first cut in about 4 months. Had to be a tough job for her. I’ll definitely be back. All measures were taken for my and their safety including cleaning the entire workstation between clients. You have to wait in your car for your appointment and they will come out to escort you in. Only 2 clients allowed in at a time. It was a very good experience. Thanks!
