Okay so I went to this shop after I took braids out my hair the lady was very nice I thought I might have a good turn out , as she washed my hair I felt something was different then usual , when I get a blow usually they put rollers in my hair and let me sit under the dryer due to how thick my hair is , so after she washed the conditioner out and put me in the chair she started to comb my hair out very hard instead of doing it before she washed then another customer came in and she started to rush comb my hair very hard and was very inconsiderate anyway as she comb my hair I asked about the rollers and she told me no it’ll take too long then when my hair was done it was still puffy roots was amess I was not satisfied and she was very inconsiderate I still gave her a tip butt I was so not satisfied..it is now the then day and my hair is a big puff I’ve never paid 45 dollars for a blow out and I didn’t mind until I saw the turn out … I’ve been getting a blow out for years with no perms and I’ve never experienced nothing like this I give her a one star because she rushed because she was the only one there and piled tons of oil in my hair I hated my hair and I’ll never go back I should have went next door I saw ppl walking out of there looking how I wanted
