She went above and beyond to not only fix my broken nails but also put a hard coat on my other nails to help keep them from breaking. I also wanted one nail to be silver glitter and if you know anything about polish, it can come out thin sometimes. And she again went above and beyond to make sure I had full coverage and it looked really good. She also made sure to learn my name. I came in as a walk in, it was my first time there and I had 3 broken nails (real nails) and I asked if she could fix them. She went above and beyond to not only fix my broken nails but also put a hard coat on my other nails to help keep them from breaking. I was disappointed with the service I received. Joe Anne, did a rush job on my Manicure & Pedicure. I had to bring to her attention areas of my cuticles that she missed. Plus she didn’t smooth all the rough areas on my feet. $45.00 too much for the service I received!! My “1st” & last time there!

Love this place!! They are very friendly, it’s very clean and comfortable inside. Definitely going back. The only thing I didn’t know because of my first time going is can’t tip with card, only tip with cash. I’ll know for next time 🙂

The worst customer service I have ever seen in a nail salon. We walk in to get a gel manicure, one of the workers (not sure if she is owner or not) said it would be an hour wait. I asked if she could put my sister in laws name and we would come back, the lady rudely said NO, another employee asked her to put her name down and again she rudely said NO. She said if you leave and come back in an hour it could be a 2 hour wait. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE SEEN. We went to a nail salon down the street and they were MUCH MUCH busier and NICER. 30 minutes and finished.
