Always a great experience at the Spa. The service with Miriam is always awesome. She is extremely pleasant and very gentle during the laser procedure. The spa overall is great – always well kept and the staff is always friendly. I stated my experience with a Groupon. I immediately decided to sign up for the membership and started with 4 areas. The best decision ever! It has been now a year and a half and have been extremely pleased. No shaving in a very long time.

The BioVital MedSpa is clean and very professional. The staff is always nice and welcoming and Carolina is so kind and extremely knowledgeable about her craft. She is always very willing to take the time to answer and explain any questions that I have and treats me as a human, not just as another customer/client. I’ve been coming here for Dysoort and the doctor is great. He’s personable and gives you great information. My drive is over an hour. But I don’t mind because they come highly recommended and I have family in the area I can visit on the same trip. However, today, after driving an hour and a half due to a crash on the turnpike, I received such horrible customer service. I was coming in for laser hair removal. Then they used such a disrespectful tone with me. Needless to say, I’ll be talking to the doctor, the manager, and eventually going elsewhere. It’s sad that this woking relationship must end because the staff does not care about you and your time. They also assumed I did not know Spanish because one of the staff members started speaking Spanish in an effort to talk about me in front of me. Rude, rude, rude.

A nice little spa in Weston. My daughter gave me a Groupon coupon of $89 for 6 of their laser treatments. A few months later I bought another Groupon, not knowing I couldn’t use 2 at the same business. When I called to make my appointments, they told me I couldn’t use it, but didn’t give me alternatives. They said that if I wanted 1 laser more (small area), it would cost me $249!. I asked if they could do something about the Groupon and they said No. I understand rules. What I don’t understand is why they don’t care about loyalty, why is it so difficult to take care of satisfied customers or why do they simply avoid good customer service. Apparently they hate Groupon and don’t care about their customers. This place is only good if you pay high prices. Look around.

From the moment I walked in I felt very welcomed and comfortable. Not to mention everything was clean and everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. Then I met Carola and she was the absolute BEST! She was patient and helpful as it was my first time getting laser hair removal done. I couldn’t have asked for more, GREAT my experience was! Excellent service, great customer service. I’ve read some of the negative comments here and some say it doesn’t work. If it doesn’t work may be because the person did not follow instructions or simply their hair is way too resistant to the treatment. I had a laser removal done at another place, and it didn’t work and I thought it was because of me. But the treatment I received at this spa was sooo different in a much higher level of quality that I it worked perfectly fine and I was 300% satisfied with the results. Also, the first thing you have to know about laser removal is that it is not forever, hair will grow back. This treatment is intended to weaken the hair, and slow the growth of new hair. This place is simply great in all the ways. I am looking forward to go back for another treatment. Keep up the good work!!

The office is very welcoming and smells amazing as soon as you walk in. The staff is very friendly, professional, and courteous. The value you are getting for your service is beyond what you are paying. I am getting full legs with laser hair removal. I have gone to get other treatments done at the big name places and they overcharge you by thousands of dollars. Wendy has been my tech and she is the sweetest, she makes you feel comfortable and talks you through the whole time to keep your mind off of things. I would recommend them!

Today was my first time ever getting laser (underarms) and I was so surprised how quick and smooth the service was. Spa is very clean and every once is so friendly that I booked a facial for that same afternoon with Carola. I left looking so rejuvenated and glowy skin! Can’t wait for my next services!
