I typically do not care to patronize nails salons due to how certain ethnic groups are treated. However MIKE is beyond Amazing. Reasonably priced! He enjoys what he does and makes recommendations of what will compliment your hands best. He’s quick. Managing, answering phones, customer service and still deliver on your nails. Whomever the owner is should be thankful and hand these folks a bonus. Mike talks to you and doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable if he needs to communicate in his language. You can tell it’s only business and not speaking bad about the customers. He is a honest man with a great staff. Thanks Mike and the Regal family. I know y’all are my nails. Go on and book!

I walked in for my first visit and started my mani/pedi rather quickly. The gentleman who did my nails was nice and friendly. I did take a few stars because he did not remove the old acrylic from my nails prior to painting them and they ultimately have lines because of that. He also drew blood on two my toes. Overall it was not a bad experience and my nails look nice.

2 workers. Younger lady, rude. Older one did my nails, after waiting over 2 hours, but told it would be a one hour wait, there total of 3.5 hours. New set. Nothing fancy. No design. No pedicure. In 6 days, one nail already broke. Others looked like I had them for 3 weeks. Overpriced for what I got. Decided to go there on a whim. No more. Went back to my original place.

I’m am so unhappy I was treated this way by the one man that was at the salon tonight. I arrived at 6:30pm and a kind woman working at the salon asked me what I wanted. I started to say my toenails painted please and if I could possibly buy the polish to do my fingernails myself later on…. I was rudely interrupted by this “man” who said We’re CLOSED! I stood there for a few seconds, stunned by his shout out about being closed. She was clearly not busy, and was willing to work me in. But shut out by this man who felt they were finished for the day. She could have made a little more money, being they didn’t really close for another HOUR! So BEWARE OF THIS “man” at the salon who will ruin this business in time… DO NOT GO HERE! I know you would like to be treated right. This is a luxury and should feel that way. I will NEVER GIVE M Y MONEY TO someone who has no clue how to treat someone who comes in fOR a luxury service. HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN GRATEFUL! I will spread the word, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. PERIOD.

Will NEVER go here again. They have no clue what they are doing. I’ve had SNS nails for a while and know the o’s and don’ts. Apparently they do not. Besides the drilling till my nails burned, they did not even take all the previous SNS color off before applying the next color as the picture below shows. You can see the previous color around edges and bottom. Very poorly done. Seemed in an extreme hurry. If i could rate a negative score I would. Anyone thinking of going here…beware!!

I have came here for years & done the same style if not very basic . I showed the girl what I wanted & she goes to say under her breath “ ugh your doing a lot”. I go to say back “ im paying for it so there should not be an issue. Well after that she changed the price I was told to be higher . Like when did it become professionally correct to charge someone more because you are having a bad day/ you are feeling rush because so many clients are in the salon!

Services are great. But very inconsiderate of your time. You make an appointment and you wait 30, 50 mins and even an hour. I’ve been coming here more than a year and love the services provided but after 3 times of having to wait as long as it takes to have my nails done before getting waited on. Well I guess its time to find a new salon.
