I had an excellent deep tissue massage from Chelsea this weekend. It was a 10 out of 10. Chelsea was professional, and knowledgeable. It was one of the most therapeutic, on point massages that I have ever had. I was having lower back, and shoulder pain, that was completely resolved in one 1.5 hr session. The spa was very clean and comfortable. The eucalyptus steam room was amazing! I highly recommend getting work done here, your back will thank you.

My wife and I visited BioSpirit twice during our vacation week in So Lake Tahoe. Age-defying Facials with Jenny and Halie and Hot Stone and Anti-Stress massages with Jenny and Chelsea. They were all great and so were their skills. Everybody in the spa was super nice. We felt wonderful both times we walked out of there. Kebbra is the best! She has more techniques for problem areas that I haven’t seen before. She is professional and friendly. The best deep tissue massages I have ever had. Book the 90 minute if you have areas needing attention. You won’t regret it.

Hands down one of the best spa treatments in my life and I have splurged in Napa and Calistoga. My girlfriend and I went for the Tahoe Body Renewal. It was worth every penny! The exfoliation scrub and body mask makes your skin glow, but they top it off with a peppermint scalp massage to die for. After a major scrub down, you go into a nice warm shower to cleanse and then return to the table for a 90 minute massage. Pamper yourself, you won’t regret it. Ask for Bev because she has the most wonderful hands and adjusts to what you need. The spa is clean and inviting and I am definitely going there again!
