The lash artist, Elena was amazing! She will be my forever lash artist! I am so happy with these lashes❤️They are perfect! She said I had a lot of lashes and I think she applied extensions to every single one! I never felt a thing while she was applying the lashes. Not only that, she was so sweet and kind we had a great conversation the whole time. I was never so relaxed on the purple memory foam, kudos to the owner! My back usually starts to hurt half way through, but not here. I was never so comfortable while getting my lashes done before! I would recommend Elena all the time

My girl Jerri is the eyelash QUEEN! Her technique is amazing, she is so quick and is able to fill my lashes fully. I never have problems with retention when Jerri does my fills. Owner refuses to give me a receipt for a $500 purchase of hair extensions to show proof that she purchased it from covet and mane. From the beginning she has refused to contact me when I nicely asked for the receipt, after I asked several times she blocked me! What kind of business is this. Every service I’ve had done was paid for, there is nothing shameful about purchasing or using Groupons. However it is shameful to not be providing a receipt, I never asked for a refund, I am simply asking for a receipt of MY purchase, that is my right. After you blocked me I wasted my gas and came to the salon to personally ask for the receipt, no one felt in danger and in fact we were all sitting down and even laughing about how ridiculous this situation is! And it is an absurd comment of yours that I made any kind of threatening statement saying “or else”, you have a camera in your salon, I’m sure you can review for an actual account of what happened. I asked kindly for her number so that I can know what you responded to her because she contacted you on my behalf since you blocked me. Had you called me on the phone I would have never showed up to your salon again. Don’t worry I will absolutely never want to again be a client to a SCAM. I am very nice and understanding but I will not just be silenced while a scam is committed against me. You have the option to never hear from me again if you just give me the receipt of the “covet and mane” purchase, yet you choose to not give me MY receipt. Give me my receipt!

Had been getting my lashes done here for a few months and had found out this location offered hair services.. had made an appointment with someone i believe was the owner but i wasn’t giving my stylist name or IG nothing to see what work they had done im going in there blind and extremely trusting of the stylist not knowing their work i get to the salon and it’s the middle of summer NO AC im sweating while getting my hair done it was absolutely gross then she made me wait in the sun outside for 30-40 mins again sweating !!! was all done hair wasn’t bad i got want i asked for. I go to pay all i have is a credit card(which is how i pay for my lashes) she says she can’t take that and it needs to be sent thru apply cash or venmo all the money i had was on a credit card now i’m trying get 200$ out of no where to send to this lady so unprofessional!!! would never recommend this place to no one (owner reached out to me about the issue and had said she wasn’t suppose to be doing that and will take care of it but this was months ago and that lady is still there tabatha i believe her name was)

Olivia has done my lashes for about 7 months now and I could not be more satisfied. I loved my old lash artist, but moved and couldn’t make the drive to see her anymore. I tried a few new studios before finding raw beauty lounge and Olivia. It was such a relief to finally feel comfortable with a new artist. She Is very gentle, considerate of the customer and always has a friendly face. The studio has lively music playing and comfortable beds with a very trendy vibe. They offer periodic specials and always make sure you are satisfied before leaving. Prices are fair and their schedule is open to fit my busy life. I could not recommend Olivia enough! 🙂 – I get a hybrid lash.
