Very bad customer service. Called one day to make appt. was confirmed to come the next day at 4pm for 5 large braids price $60 . I was asked at that time to call back in the am. I called back day of appointment they had no records that i called or my name and i changed my whole schedule to get my hair done. I would RECOMMEND you confirm anything before you get off the phone with them. Please ask for the name of the person you are talking too and write the time down. I dont like to be called a lie very poor buisness ethics.

The mother work is sloppy and attitude is very unprofessional they will always remain as a corner store shop. They are very nasty. The baby was playing in a box and smelled like poop. The older boy no older than 4 was left to care 4 him while the women braided hair. The kids were eating off the floor and did not have a proper meal the 5 hours that I was in the salon. This is a joke of a place that needs to be shut down.
