Unlike what Angela Willard said about Billyne she care and have the best interests in her clients health and welfare, I would think you’d have appreciated that she did a test on you and find that you have allergies to glue because all glue is the same. Not cool to drag someone with your nice/nasty review. Something is better Left unsaid

Billyne does my lashes. They look great every time! I love that when you are receiving a service from her, you get her undivided attention. The front door of the salon remains locked during your appointment and she doesn’t answer phone calls. Nice, peaceful environment and I always leave feeling satisfied and relaxed.

I recently had a shellac manicure done at Billyne’s and within a week the polish began to separate from my fingernails; this has never happened with any other salon. I researched on line to determine what was going on. All I learned was that there were discrepancies between the way the service was performed and the recommended methods. Since there was no way to speak by phone or even leave a message I kept driving by the salon until I finally noticed it was open and stopped in to show Billyne my nails. She agreed to give me a refund but two weeks later I’m still waiting to see the charges returned to my account. I’m beyond disappointed and feel that it’s unfortunate that I have to post this publicly.

By far the best nail tech in Battle Creek! Billyne does quality work and her prices are great. Just make sure to schedule in advance because her schedule does fill up quickly
