Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe older lady that works here was unprofessional. My daughter was not satisfied with her hair and ask if she can go over her hair again with the flat irons she told her no then she ask can you at least wrap it for me she then told her yea if you go to dollar general and buy your own hair pins since when do you have to buy your own hair pins this place is a joke. The older lady that works here was unprofessional. They were a little too rough on my child’s hair and their is a somewhat of a language barrier. But after I had to interpret to get them to chill with pulling my child’s hair out, they got the hint!!! They did a good job on her blow out after I had to stand guard over top of them to make sure she still had edges left.

I get my hair done here frequently but today I Drove an hour to make it here to get my hair done. I just wanted a wash and blow dry. Got there at 6:15 pm. Google says they close at 7. The open sign was on but the door was locked and the girl just waved me off. She did not come to the door. Terrible! Never going there ever again.

Worst place ever never going back. They changed the price in the middle of doing my hair and they are not easy with your hair. they didn’t even do the style I requested. I’ll never go back ever. my appointment was at 1 they didn’t even start till 2. they also talk about u in front of ur face in spanish not knowing I knew what they were saying. I still tipped them and not even a thank you.

I was looking for a new place to try in the area and came across this one and thought to try it out. While the ladies in the salon weren’t entirely busy being that they were closing in a couple hours, I thought the experience would be quick and easy. I have gotten blow out for several years now and have NEVER had heat damage this bad. I had been cutting my hair very short for the past previous years and had finally decided to let my hair grow out. My hair is now past my shoulders and am afraid I’m going to have to cut it off because my hair won’t even curl anymore. Safe to say I won’t be returning to this salon because these ladies clearly don’t know what they’re doing. #heatprotector

This place is amazing. I can’t remember the lady’s name who did my hair but she did a great job. I came in and asked for a trim and a style. She literally looked at a picture and did my hair within an hour. Wash, blow dry, cut and style all in an hour. I will definitely be coming back.
