The person who did my waxing did a great job. The only complaint I had was I asked before I came in there if the brows were included with the full face wax, someone had told me yes. And when I went in there I was told they however were not. So I had to pay for the full face wax plus the brows.

they do a good job. i was in for a lash extension full set. it looked very beautiful. however, even though i booked as a first time client and told the tech i had never had lash extensions before, i was never given ANY aftercare instructions. didn’t know they needed to be washed daily. didn’t know what kind of product to wash with. didn’t know to brush them frequently. so that was pretty disappointing when they came out not even 2 weeks after having them. wasted $200.

I went there to get a brow tint ($40) and shaping and facial with 2 different people. Everything went well until she shaved my brows to look thinner without asking me first. She also asked me how much tint I wanted and I wasn’t sure. So she said, she would do some and add more if I wanted. She just finished and never asked if I wanted more. Then I had a Custom facial ($115). I hadn’t had a facial in a long time. She did a mask and cleansed my face and did a skin analysis, massaged my shoulders very briefly, used steam, and I brought up about some deep lines I have. She said she would use 24k on me to help but she never did. Overall, they do a decent job but I’ve had better on the facials. I didn’t feel like they were trying very hard to keep me as a repeat customer. It felt more like going thru the motions with both girls.

She answered all my questions and made me feel like more of a friend than a client – not to mention my eyebrows look AMAZING!I also visited this salon to have my makeup done before my engagement photos. I got my makeup done with Stephanie and she was also incredibly professional! Wax was extremely painful more than usual. Was was not warmed enough. Lots of hair left over after wax was done. Hair started growing back within two day when it usual takes two months for me.

Been getting my facials done with Jasmine and I absolutely Loved the experience the facials are really worth it! I also gifted my best friend a facial and massage at the salon for her wedding weekend and she said it was the best massage she’s ever had, and she gets a lot of massages. I know so many people that go to Bglow and everyone is so satisfied with anything they have done in their salon. I also gifted my best friend a facial and massage at the salon for her wedding weekend and she said it was the best massage she’s ever had, and she gets a lot of massages. So incredibly thankful for the professional and amazing service I received by Jasmine at Bglow. She had very flexible availability when scheduling, advised me to the services I was in need of/looking for (this was my first rodeo) and did a better job than I could’ve expected.
