I’ve been seeing Jen Houk for my color for a couple years now. She is truly the best! Anytime I bring in a picture or describe what I’m wanting my hair to look like, she executes it perfectly. Not only that, she has such a warm and friendly personality. I always enjoy spending time in her chair. Thank you Jen for keeping my hair looking amazing.

Critical: QualityThe salon is pretty / well decorated and my stylist was kind and gave me a decent cut. Unfortunately, I came in with very healthy / strong hair and left with bleach fried hair that broke off my bangs and was so over processed that it looked grey / white (I’ve got light brown / dark gold hair). I had it assessed by a different salon, who told me that it clearly appeared the stylist had over processed my hair, starting with foils / bleach from the front when she should have started processing from the back of my head. The salon is pretty / well decorated and my stylist was kind and gave me a decent cut. Unfortunately, I came in with very healthy / strong hair and left with bleach fried hair that broke off my bangs and was so over processed that it looked grey / white (I’ve got light brown / dark gold hair).
