I was charged $40 for a design without my knowledge until payment time at the end of the service. I don’t even have a design on all 10 of my nails. This made my total $88 with $3 for shape (not even a unique shape, just oval) and $5 for color on top of $45 for an acrylic fill with gel. I was not told it’d be more for acrylic with gel or that glitter design was extra. The most I’ve paid for a design on all 10 of my nails was $15. Just insanity. Will not return.

Worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. Do not go there unless you want to get scanned. I was the first customer in there and I got a basic French tip, acrylic nail set and a basic French tip gel toenails. I got the basic pedicure, some thing that should’ve taken probably an hour max took 2 1/2 hours, not only that when I was done they charged me $100 which I thought was OK that’s not too bad, but then when I get out of the salon and go to my car, the two people who did my nails come out to my car saying that I didn’t pay the correct amount and that I need to come back inside and pay an extra $20 so they’re basically saying I need to pay an extra $20 for nothing. The fact that I already paid inside and then they took the time to follow me out to my car and get me to come back inside and pay an extra 20 without really explaining why seems very unprofessional and scammish to me. Also, the lady who did my toenails did a horrible job on my French tips something very easy and basic she couldn’t even get correct.

Au always does an amazing job and always makes me feel welcomed. She’s quick but also takes her time to make sure you walk away happy with your nails. Been seeing her for months and I’m always ecstatic when I leave. And Jay always does an amazing pedicure! Will always recommend them! Such an amazing and fantastic duo!

A dissapointing experience. The salon itself was super cute and clean. I was greeted from across the salon asking if I had an appointment. This was a special occasion for me as I get my nails done once a year for my birthday. The girl who was doing my pedicure talked me into getting gel so it would last longer, but I wasn’t familiar so I said yes. This would equate to an extra $40 on my bill. After picking the colors another woman came to do my nails while the other girl did my pedicure. They sat the light box on my lap and the girl sat on one side of me, so it was very uncomfortable trying to switch hands and use the box while my feet are going up and down with the woman trying to do the pedicure. This would have been tolerable if the woman doing my fingernails had done well. There is fuzz between layers from how I had to get my hand into the box, the polish is lumpy, has bubbles and a sharp chunck imbedded between layers. I had French tips done but the tip is bubbled higher than the rest of the nails and looks stupid. Less than 48 hours after getting them done the polish on my hand peeled off. I paid $40 extra to not even last 2 days? The 2 women working on me were chatting and gossiping to each other the whole time and made me uncomfortable (something about someone’s baby daddy). If my nails looked good I wouldn’t complain, but I spent $140 for lumpy bumpy chipped nails and a less than relaxing experience.
