This place is clean, nicely decorated, and well-ventilated. No strong chemical smell, despite being full of customers. I have had several pedicures and gel manicures that I’ve been happy with. I was able to walk in on a Saturday recently with no wait – they had more staff for the weekend. I like the pedicure menu that they hand you when you sit down so you can choose the services. I was treated to a spa pedicure this time and loved it. I wish they had a manicure menu as well – we asked for a spa manicure and they do have it, but you have to ask. I also wish they would post their prices clearly both in store and online. It is difficult to know ahead of time how much it costs.

Honestly the worst manicure of my life. I’ve been going to this place for years and normally have had a good experience til now. I went in asking for a French manicure and showed a picture showing exactly what I wanted. What I received was nothing like the picture I had shown the girl several times. It was sloppy, uneven lines, some nails see through, and not the shape I asked for. As it was, the manicure took an hour and a half. I ended up going back in as my nails were a mess, they offered to fix them. What I had originally wanted was a French tip with dip, they then “fixed” my nails by doing gel and making my nails thicker than before. I was appreciative that they offered to fix my nails, but then ended up making them worse by adding gel on top of the already messy dip. My nails are now uneven, thick lines, and overall thick between the dip and gel. The girl also yelled at me saying she wasn’t perfect. I wasn’t expecting perfection, but for the price and time she took to do my nails, I was expecting a quality job, not sloppy. Highly disappointed, not sure what happened to the great customer service they once had.

This is my only nail salon in the area. It’s clean, all of the workers are very friendly. Once you find someone there you like I would suggest making appointments as they are always busy. They could use some newer trendy gel nail colors but you will always find something, they dont thin their polishes down w acetone which is nice and you dont get that rippled polish look nor the thin coverage.

Rushed experience… cut down nails at corner to the point where it’s painful to type (unacceptable as I’m a writer…) Didn’t ask if she could change the shape of my nails at all… normally expected. Cut cuticles haphazardly after the polish had already been applied. Feels like I will get ingrown fingernails.

First time I went I had a wonderful experience the man did an amazing job , the second time (and last) was completely different, one man started prepping my nail then abruptly he switched with a woman doing a pedicure. The woman was very abrasive and rushed through what I wanted, I asked for a smiley face design just the face and they still had the audacity to make me pay $10 for four dots and two lines, then at the end my mani she took the file and made my nails square without asking when I always get round. I found my experience that day extremely rude and I had to go back the next day because not even two hours later my gel manicure was starting to peel. Won’t be back ever
