Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWOW!!!! I had an amazing experience getting my hair braided by Yama! This was my first time getting box braids and I was nervous. However, the moment I sat in her chair I was completely fine. She has an amazing personality. Throughout the appointment she continued to check to make sure that it wasn’t to tight. I asked for small butt length box braids and she did it in 5 1/2 hours!!! I have very thick long nature hair and I was in shock with how fast she was moving . She left our my edge, and my hair is not bulky. I paid $220 not including the tip ( I did leave her a tip). I paid over cash app. When making the appointment with her just go over payment methods. WOW!!!! I had an amazing experience getting my hair braided by Yama! This was my first time getting box braids and I was nervous. However, the moment I sat in her chair I was completely fine. I have ALOT of thick coiled hair, it usually takes 6-8 hours to get small Butt-Length box braids, even with 3+ people working on my hair. The owner started working on my hair at 4:00pm & was done at 8:00pm !!! The braids are secure and so beautiful, all are the same size & she does not braid to right! I was able to sleep comfortably last night and my hair looks so good. I was very lucky to get in The same day I called because she books so quickly & I completely understand why. This is by far the BEST experience I’ve had getting my hair braided!!! I have ALOT of thick coiled hair, it usually takes 6-8 hours to get small Butt-Length box braids, even with 3+ people working on my hair. The owner started working on my hair at 4:00pm & was done at 8:00pm !!! The braids are secure and so beautiful, all are the same size & she does not braid to right! I did not want my granddaughter to be uncomfortable at all!Upon walking in the door, Yama was warm and friendly. My granddaughter was there for 4 hrs and Yama was the same when we picked her up!Granddaughter’s hair is beautiful and she has not complained about any pain.
