While I wanted to support local businesses, this won’t be one I return to for a full set. The very next day two nails came off. The day after? Another one. They only have one nail tech who can do modern designs and even then its basic. Positives: coffin shape and EXCELLENT pedicure.

Worst service. My gel nail polish started peeling after just a few hours. I called ahead to have them fixed Betty is nice but her daughters are unprofessional & entitled. They couldn’t find the polish I used and wanted to charge me extra for a different color they rather argue about nail polish then give good service. They equipment they use are outdated a very janky nail salon.

I stopped going to them once my eyebrows started breaking out from wax. Thats due to double dipping (disgusting) also my nails dont stay on long at all. About a good week i look like i need a fill. Use to love them but they got lazy

I’m not sure if every salon does this but at Betty’s I got an overlay on my toes, my toenails were a little uneven and my Tech add acrylic to make them more uniform and open toe worthy .

Betty’s whole family is the best. They are so happy to see you, when you walk in the door. Her daughter’s have so much respect. I’ve been going there since 2007, never had a problem. If your nail breaks or u DON’T like it they’ll fix it just be patient…there not drama, just don’t bring it there. We all no she has her little ones there. Just respect them & you’ll get it right back.. I love my nails & eyebrows Everytime.. SHERRY BURGO

I noticed people’s review mentioned RUDE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! That’s just what I’m here to write. My daughter has prom today and she went to this particular shop cause she likes them. After she got her nails done, she wanted a design but only 1 not 2 or 3 but 1 person does designs. She told my daughter to come back in 4hrs???? Where they do that at??? After my daughter called me worried telling me the issue NOT MAD but worried cause she didn’t know what to do or where to go since prom is today, I hung up and called the shop to speak to a manger or owner but apparently the owner doesn’t speak English. Why have a business who services people who speak English but you don’t nor any of the workers but one rude girl. The girl got cute on the phone so I hung up. I did her a favor by hanging up cause I’m big on customer service and definitely a place of business where my cash is spent. I called my daughter to tell her to leave NOW but she is on the phone telling me this IGNORANT UNPROFESSIONAL girl got off the phone talking trash in front of the whole shop but also in front of my child but never made eye contact with my daughter. REALLY!!! OK cool.
