Pictures speak for themselves. I’m late posting but I went on Saturday morning and the pics show what my nails looked like by Sunday. My nails looked horrible. The nail polish that you have to choose from looks old so I’m not surprised. Manicure, Pedicure

Definitely wouldn’t waste my money here again. I paid $168 dollars for a full set and pedicure, the pedicure was lack luster plus they couldn’t complete my full set the way I wanted. My tech kept trying to suggest something else and still didn’t even get that right while having an attitude about me checking my nails I will NEVER be back.

I was very disappointed in my experience here. My technician Gracie was repeatedly rude. She would ask me a question then get snappy about my answer, even though I was answering questions like what shape I wanted with, “Square, but with soft edges.” My nails are so messy and uneven. You can literally see the line where she glued on the tips in the polish, underneath the edge is gloopy, the way she filed down the dip is uneven, and there’s color and topcoat all over my cuticles. They’re not the shape or length I asked for either. When I brought up my concerns I was dismissed. I’m thankful I’m a licensed cosmetologist so I had the stuff to fix them, but I shouldn’t have to. I get my nails done as a treat and to unwind. This was not a relaxing or rewarding experience at all. I will not be going back and I would warn anyone thinking about coming here to stay far away! It was the most disappointing salon experience I’ve ever had. Period.

Although my nail technician was quite rude, The manager with extremely helpful and other than my nails being a bit short I have no complaints. My little sister got her toes done and was very happy. We got both done for about a $110+tips. This is one of the better salons in Little Rock, with several options available and a drink menu that charges you about the glass lol.

If I could give a zero, I would. I went in with my friend to get a gel mani/pedi on Friday the 5th. Within two days my manicure was already chipping as well as my friend’s. The overall application was poor and rushed. You could see there were translucent areas on my nails where the color wasn’t even applied evenly. I finally had so much chipping that I called and expressed my disappointment. They were polite and told me (and my friend) to come by and they would fix it (This was on Thursday the 11th). My friend’s gel was already coming off out the door. They just applied gel on top of it. It was peeling like a sticker. Today marks a week since I’ve had them done and not only are my fingernails chipping again, now the gel polish is coming off my toes in sections. Poor application. I’m very upset to spend 90 dollars on services that weren’t even good and that didn’t even last. They just need to take the time initially to do the application properly. I will not be back.

I wanted my nails and toes to match and this is what I got. I have no idea why there’s lines underneath my thumb nail and index finger. I was never offered a beverage, I had to ask for it. The guy that did my nails was nice however overall I don’t think I’ll go to this location off Chenal again. Pretty atmosphere though.

i really haven’t had an issue with this place until today. i got there at 3, they closed at 5. I was SO rushed. Every single nail has a “lump” or “bump” on it. i was just going to get a fill. 100% the worst set of nails i’ve ever had done in my life. I’m embarrassed and going to a different salon this week to try to fix their mess. Do not waste your money here. Go somewhere else. I have never been one to complain about my nails, but this is just ridiculous.

I watched a worker act like a child and refuse to take care of a customer who complained of pain when removing her nails. They have no idea how to do designs but claim that they can. I asked for a VERY simple french tip that formed a circle around my nail and it looked like a child did it. When I nicely told them I couldn’t pay for something like that they made me wait 20 minutes and painted over them. They looked even worse and did not even discount it.
