I went for the first time 10 years ago, and the service was amazing! A LOT has changed since then. I have gone 3 times in the last year and I won’t be back. I was serviced by a young lady named Kim, and she was phenomenal. Her work was neat, she was gentle and meticulous, and worked like she really cared about her customer. I tipped her quite well to show my appreciation. When I arrived for another service, I was told Kim was busy, but I could get my nails done by “her sister”. I allowed her to do my nails and her work was not great. The polish job was messy and I had to keep asking her to clean the polish from my nail beds. I still tipped but not as much, and decided to make an appointment earlier so that I could get Kim again. A day before my appointment a man called and said Kim no longer worked there, and someone else would do my nails if I wanted to keep the appointment. I kept it because I had an event, but I decided if it was the person who did it last, I would leave and find some place else. It wasn’t her, but this experience was WORSE. This young lady started with my pedicure and did a decent job. But the manicure was painful. She used a drill to remove polish instead of soaking my nails. I had to keep stopping her because IT HURT. She said, “uh-oh”. What the heck? She didn’t seem to know how to file my nails or trim my cuticles–only use the drill to shave away layers of my nail beds until it felt like fire! I said stop, that HURTS. She said “I’m sorry”. I couldn’t wait to leave. The polish lasted one week and then started to chip and peel. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I definitely miss Kim’s work! I tipped her for the pedicure, but gave advice for the manicure. The star however, was for Kim.

Best nails has always been a very nice nail salon to go to, the person in charge is very welcoming and the staff as well, they make you feel comfortable at their establishment, it’s always very clean.

The service was good I received a petty and SNS manicure. I gave them four stars because I was in the middle of getting ready to start my manicure with the same woman that did my feet however she had an appointment that came in at the same time she was getting ready to start me so she passed me to someone else. While I completely understand that the woman that had an appointment with her was supposed to have her it was just a little disappointing for me because I was actually enjoying her and wanted to see how she was going to do my nails especially since this was my first time there. The lady that did my nose she did an okay job I will return just to see if there will be any difference the next time.

Critical: ProfessionalismThe owner was absolutely rude. I was on the phone with family emergency the owner walked over tried to grab my card out my wallet even before my nails could be painted. I had to tell him. Excuse me! You need to wait a second I’m on a very important phone call with my grandmothers doctor. Sir you will get your money when I’m done. The service was not the best however the lack of professionalism was disappointing. I would not recommend it here. It’s really unfortunate. Poor service received. My nails were not properly cleaned or painted. My mom encouraged me to go to this salon as she loves how Tina does her nails. I did not get Tina when I walked in, but if i ever go back I will schedule an appointment with her.

I’ve come to this salon twice in the span of one year since it’s so close. Both times I’ve gotten the same older woman. She is a bit slow which is fine. The first time I went her daughter showed up and finished doing my nails very quickly and they came out nice. However this time the work was decent but very messy she didn’t even let me wash my hands and put lotion over all the mess on my hands. It was as if she was in a rush to take one of her regular customers right after me.
