Laura was my hairdresser. I asked for a platinum all over color and a hair trim. The first thing she did was butcher my entire head. Apparently didn’t understand what I wanted. She then proceeded to color my hair which was not platinum at all but a goldish yellow . When I looked in mirror, I was appalled at what the cut n color looked like on me with my complexion. Told her she had to fix it. She stated she could put on a brown. I responded to try a BURGUNDY which she did. Upon arriving home, I couldn’t believe that the cut was less than an inch long all over my head. Needless to say I am very disappointed and she permanently lost a customer.. hope this never happens to anyone else who might try their luck with Laura.
