I met Dr. Bernstein and his staff back in 2014. Since this date, I’ve had two procedures. Dr. Bernstein and his staff are very knowledgeable and they listen. There’re a lot of doctors who perform the same procedures but I seek out the best doctors and Dr. Bernstein is at the top of that list. All of my concerns are answered in an appropriate timeframe. I’ve traveled from multiple states to see Dr. Bernstein; that should tell you that I trust him and his staff. I know for some potential patients, money is a factor. Please don’t let price dictate your decision. Your decision should be based on knowledge, history of satisfied patients, tenure in the field of hair transplants, etc.

Very nice facility. I went for a consultation and 2 treatments. All of my appointments were on time. The staff are very professioal and curteous. Dr. Shaver was thorough in her evaluation of my hair problems and took time to explain options and answer my questions. I have 3 more months of treatment before we can evaluate how well I respond to the treament and wether or not to continue. Definitely worth the time and investment to get answers and hopefull good results.
