She listens to what you want to do, and is happy to offer insight or inspiration if you’re unsure. She always asks and makes sure you’re comfortable with length before she makes any snips to your hair, and is so positive and friendly the entire visit. I love how much she pumps you up during your visit about how beautiful your hair is looking during the process, which makes her drying and styling it so much fun.My hair never feels unhealthy or damaged after getting home and washing it. She’s great about educating on after care to keep your hair looking beautiful and bright. I would not trust anyone else with my hair, and she is a true gem in the Sandy community. I see Erica, and she always does such an amazing job and makes my hair look and feel SO beautiful! She listens to what you want to do, and is happy to offer insight or inspiration if you’re unsure. She always asks and makes sure you’re comfortable with length before she makes any snips to your hair, and is so positive and friendly the entire visit. Positive: Professionalism, QualityI went to see Erica for the first time and she provided such a great experience. She was so understanding of a hiccup I had which caused me to be a few minutes late. I left with absolutely gorgeous hair! I will absolutely be going back!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityJoanie (the owner of the salon) seemed like a nice enough woman but has no idea of how to work with bleach/toner. I went in for a long overdue root touch up… she should have bleached the back of my head first, and the older hair first, put in foil, then go back to do the roots, however she started with the front of my head, bleached whole sections at a time and put everything under a cap. She also asked if I’d like to go platinum, which I agreed to, however she should have known better than to move forward with platinum after she assessed the level of lift my hair was capable of. She told me the yellow added “depth” The end result is that I now have yellow spots all over my hair and a ton of breakage, especially with the finer hair around my face. My hair is fried… I’m extremely upset.
