Twice in a row we came here to get our hair cut and twice in a row we were turned away do to only one person at the shop and being told they have no openings, even though there was NO ONE in the shop it was just her. So I guess we’ll just have to go to another shop that actually wants the business. So that is why I gave it a 1 star.

She ignored everything i said, and did almost the exact opposite of what i asked for. Asked for a simple trim – 3 inches. Cut at least 6 inches off and VERY uneven (cut at least 6” on one side…a noticeable 7 on the other). I didn’t realize it until my daughter asked what happened to my hair. Took a picture of the back of my head, I’m shocked and now disappointed.

An acceptable place, but last cut was sub-par. I am 6’2 and apparently have to scrunch way down for the hair dresser to reach my hair. That would be tolerable if i did not have to scrunch so far that the cut hair was covering my face. When she finished, she did not show me the cut before taking off the smock, nor did she wipe off the cut hair with a hot towel. But the service was quick and the results were good.

I have never paid $20 for a blow dry in my life. And $10 for it to be flat ironed…and not even all the way done. Prices should be posted somewhere clearly visible for people to see. She never parted my hair or trimmed my layers like I asked either. Definitely was rushing. Never going to a Supercuts again.

I had quite long hair until a few days ago, for years I have never had one issue here. I said I wanted 2 inches max cut off and even showed her with my fingers how much I wanted to cut off, she started cutting in the back but by the time I saw what was cut it was more like 4 and it’s up to my shoulders I hate it so much. I am so upset and angry, the layers aren’t even blended and it looks so choppy and horrible. Now I have to contact someone else to fix what I left with. I will never be coming back here.

Hit and miss. The haircut is often decent and the staff is friendly. The wait is usually too long (one time 55 min). Which is made unbearable by the music selection. I’d rather wait in silence then listen to Gangnam Style top 40. Mike is great though.

I always recommend this location. Everyone is wonderful and they pay attention to my needs. Every stylist has his or her own style of doing hair which makes each experience different. I have never been unhappy with the service at this location.
