This business is located where what used to be Jo Ann’s Nails but now it is Bella’s Nail Bar or “Bella’s Nail Baro” as you would find it on google. Worst of the worst. Made an appointment for 12pm but to my surprise there were 2 customers sitting on the pedicure chairs waiting to get serviced. One of them was already being worked on but i had to wait for them to get their feet done in order for the nail tech to do my nails. No only did i waited 40 minutes but also paid $35 for a mediocre gel manicure. The older nail tech didn’t even cut my cuticles and filed my nails down uneven when i asked her i wanted them square. During the gel process she wouldnt wait for the full 60 seconds to finish on the UV light and was only using 1 machine at a time even though there were tons all around. To make matters worse, after i gave her my debit card to pay i asked her where was the tip line on the receipt and she said that I was supposed to tell her first before I swiped which I had no idea so I had to leave her the only $2 in cash that I had. The salon was a mess with junk everywhere, she didn’t wash her hands after doing the other lady’s feet and it was just an overall bad experience. Definitely would not recommend. By the pictures you can see that she didn’t stay within the lines of the nail and on some nails there’s gel on the side of the cuticles.
