Tia has been my stylist for years. She is a very professional, talented, and skilled hairstylist. I highly recommend her for all hair services, but I will say that her color and updo skills are exceptional. BEWARE – NOT LGBT-FRIENDLY. Several disparaging microaggressions and comments about my wife and I starting a family together during my cut and color. That would be enough on it’s own but I was also given an awful cut, color and style that did not at all resemble the very clear reference I gave (a video showing exact dimensions, color, length, etc). Went in for a fix and was met with excuses and they gave me a very small fraction of the EXPENSIVE cut and color back after they ruined my hair, which I had to argue a bit for. Thanks guys.

I wanted to really enjoy this experience- I’m crawling out of a depression episode that’s made my hair look…not great. It is clean and brushed, just bronze and chopped at from home. The hair washing was nice, cut was fast, looked pretty good. Maybe not $55 worth. But decent. The biggest issue- I walked out feeling worse about myself than when I came in. the 2 biggest topics of convo were how I dyed my own hair, and how I Chopped my own hair. How I could damage my hair, assuming I use box dye(nope), and just.. making me feel kind of sh**ty for my hair. When i finally touched my hair and I found patches of product that was not washed out between my neck and crown. Clumps and flakes of dried products building at my scalp. I do know the difference between types of flakes, this is product based. 100%. I don’t know. This might be a 5 star salon if you’re perfect tiny blonde, but if your hair is not already nice, be ready to be severely humbled.

Absolutely loved this place! It was my first time here and they were all so welcoming and nice. Wasan exceeded my expectations, and made my balayage look stunning. I have previously been to other salons and dealt with unprofessional stylists but everyone here is amazing! Salon is also very clean and beautiful inside. Will be coming here from now on.
