Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe Hills Nails, thank goodness I found you!After living in San Francisco with my usual manicurist, it was DAUNTING to find a service that was very detailed, focused on quality once I moved to Sacramento. SO, it was a victory finding this salon. They take their time with you because they want you to be happy. They want you to be comfortable and leave happy.The staff is incredible. I have never had a complaint about their services or demeanor. My visits have always been positive, even if I have to wait an extra 15 minutes or look around and ask for nail colors. They’re running a business and they want to HELP everyone who steps foot in their salon. Sometimes that’s difficult for them when there are cancellations and late shows on the customers side, which no one seems to acknowledge. They’re known for great work so at times they’re booked out two days in advance. They’re in high demand. Understand that.If you’ve ever worked in the service industry, c’mon, you gotta know this, it is what it is, accept it. The world does not revolve around any of us and sometimes things don’t work out the way we want/expect even when we’ve made reservations or appointments. It’s not about, “they don’t know how to run a business.” It’s that you may be a little uptight, impatient, and act a bit privileged whether you are or not. But one thing I know for sure is, The Hills Nails cares about their customers and their happiness. They try their hardest. And they NAIL it every time. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityFirst time here, and thanks to Emily, my nails are fabulous! Emily was very meticulous and experienced. My nails have never looked better! I was impressed at their readiness to prevent the spread of Covid-19. When I first walked in, they greeted me and took my temperature and asked me to sanitize my hands. They all wore masks and gloves, and had plastic barriers between customers and employees. They’re open till 7pm, and beings they’re in El Dorado county, nail salons are still open as of today.
