Sent 3 requests for a haircut with sincere apologies for missing appointment and offering to pay for missed appointment. Never got a response at all! Is this good customer service? Fail on my part for missing – fail on business for no response at all. Sad love the stylist perfection, atmosphere and location. With health issues, I need reminders for appointments.

I tried to make an appointment to go here but was told each stylist does their own scheduling. the lady that answered then rattled off three different names and numbers for me to try to make an appointment. That is ridiculous!! Why have a person answer the phone if they can’t help you?
