Bella here, Owner and Innkeeper at The Simmons-Bond Inn Bed & Breakfast right her in Toccoa, Ga! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone! I was in today for the first time with Nichole. I’ve been to many nail and spa salons and this one hits the mark as one of the VERY BEST. Between Texas, Northern and Southern California, and even Upstate New York…THIS ONE has been the GREATEST! I’m so used to how all the steps it takes for a pedicure, waxing, etc…they didn’t miss not even one step with even a little extra time with each than I’m used to. The personal attention they give, as well, seemed to be more than I’ve ever experienced. Will be back AGAIN and AGAIN!

Worse mani/pedi EVER! I just did deluxe mani/pedi with regular polish. Lady was very rushed. I had an appt, but still waited 30 minutes to even get a chair. My nails are different lengths, some crooked. She did my mani after my pedi so I had to sit there an extra 15 minutes to dry and the paint still smudged on all my nails trying to get in the car and drive. No setting spray or even a fan dryer in the place. I had to take it off when I got home. Total waste of $, I will not be back. I definitely do not recommend!

So disappointed with the service. They were in a such a hurry it was like a conveyor belt. They wanted too be done as fast as they could just to get new clients in. The lady cut my finger twice till it was bleeding. Didn’t apologize just kept looking over her shoulder for new customers. I had to ask her to clean my hand. She did not care whatsoever.

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueLitterally I asked for a coffin shaped nail and the man that works there COMPLETELY butchered it. I was to scared to say anything but Ik I should have. I wish I could upload a picture of what I wanted vs what I got and I’ve never been so displeased. Didn’t even ask what legthe I wanted and went as SHORT as possible and literally cut off all the sides of the nails so they are just shaped in this very unflattering “V” shape and also did not clean up the polish left behind so first of all the shape and size were COMPLETELY butchered and wrong and second of all my nails look so unclean. Didn’t even use lotion or cuticle oil afterwards. I will say that if you get the woman it usually terns out decent but the man does not know what he is doing. Litterally a portion of my pinker finger nail is showing. I have been getting gels, acrylic and dips for years at many different nail salons. Bella is the BEST. Kim and her husband as well as their staff go above and beyond for their customers. They always remember everyone and are so friendly. I look forward to going not only for the beautiful nails but for the friendly “at home” atmosphere. So glad to have them in Toccoa!
