This place was depressing to sit in and the screens were too dirty to see nail details through. The nail tech was clumsy with my hands and caused injury. I could’ve dealt with it better if the set had at least turned out decent. I had them redone elsewhere ASAP and two other women told me they were having theirs redone from the same issues. Not returning.

I’m not sure what I did to make the lady so mad, but I went to get a new full set. I know my old ones were grown out, but that’s why I was getting the new ones. She gave me a lecture on my nails being old, and while taking off the old ones was SO painful. My fingers are swollen and red and I can hardly grab anything my fingers are so sore. And this is 24 hours later.

I only give it 2 stars because as far as my pedicure, the lady did a great job. My 2 girls went in with me and they told one of them that the color she chose is fine but that a different color is better and proceeded with that color. A 9yr old won’t complain to an adult but it didn’t match the dress she was going to use for a special occasion that night. My 5yr old was fine but with both the girls they did little flowers on their nails which turned out great but they didn’t tell me it was extra. What ever it’s $5. I gave each one $5 tip for the girls and $10 for the one that did mine. That’s $20 on top of the $115 I paid.

I never get my nails done. I went here because they had time to take me when I randomly decided last minute to get a pedicure and manicure. They got me right in around lunch time on a Monday. I had my two year with me and they painted her nails too. They let her do her thing while I got my nails done. My nails were done so well, too. Even though I never go, I know when someone does a good job. She spent time making sure each mail was painted just so and took care of my cuticles and extra skin around my nails very well while not causing any damage. Very impressed. Thank you!!
