I cannot speak highly enough of the staff or my experience at the Lancaster office. The ladies went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, were incredibly thorough when explaining the procedure I was interested in and totally up front about realistic expectations. They provided useful guidance without trying to influence my decision about the amount of “work” I wanted done. I appreciated that they didn’t try to push any products or other procedures on me, yet were happy to provide thoughtful answers to all my random questions. I left feeling better just after the consultation. My experience during the procedure visit was equally pleasant. I had botox injections done on forehead and eyebrow area with Kifany, the PA-C that completed the injections. This was my first time having any type of injections, and she was very professional, super knowledgable in answering any of my questions, and put me at ease the entire time!
