I have been a loyal customer to Bella’s for 6 months, coming in every two weeks or so for a fill in! Honestly I would be lying if I said they weren’t amazing at first! But Everything changed, and very quickly! I got a full set of dip acrylics done 12/29/2022, they were absolutely beautiful, but two days later a nail broke, I called and was told to come in. So the nail tech would “fix” it. It was the completely wrong color and shape. So I expressed my concern and was told to fix the issue I would have to pay for another full set, which I did! Then 6 days later TWO nails broke! And I called completely upset and frustrated with the situation just wanting decent nails that will last, and I got them done this week 1/11/2022 to be charged more than I was told on the phone. When I addressed the situation, the “ manager “ stood there and said absolutely nothing to me! In the past two weeks Bella’s has taken over 170 dollars of mine!

This is my favorite nail salon. i live in the west end and make the drive because i’ve never been so happy with my nails at any other salon before. I usually try to request Lee because his attention to detail and the way his sets look are amazing but i’ve had services with other techs there and they’re all great in my opinion. pictured is my most recent set i got from there.

The staff was kind, respectful and atentative. We got the “Lavinder & Mint” pedicure. It was absolutly amazing, over an hour of tlc. We had a pleasant and relaxing afternoon getting a pedicure. Of all the pedicures I have had in my travels this is by far the best one. The staff was kind, respectful and atentative. We got the “Lavinder & Mint” pedicure. It was absolutly amazing, over an hour of tlc. Between the massage, hot towels, lotions, and atmosphere, I genuinely felt like I was at a spa. And the grapes and water they provide as you get your pedicure is so simple, yet so considerate. I love this establishment. I try to come in as regular as possible. I am truly impressed with everyone I’ve had here. My experience has been nothing but relaxing and accommodating. Every time I have been in this shop it is lively and busy. That speaks a lot. I will continue to give my business and support to this wonderful nail salon. The service industry is very challenging. These amazing people deal with a lot and still have a smile on their face and continue to provide a service. They are all hard workers, their work is amazing (all the employees ) and very nice people.

I have not been in the area very long, and I’ve tried several other salons only to be disappointed. This salon did not disappoint! The staff stayed late to finish my nails. The first time I came to this establishment, everything was perfect. My second visit to the nail salon was for specifically a polish change only. I was told $30 to change the polish on my feet and $30 to change the polish on my nails separately. Once I receive the polish, it looks dry, dull, my feet were freshly pedicured, as I left a nail shop with better technique to come here for color. She didn’t polish all the way to my nail bed stating the BRUSH was toooo thick.
