Let me just say my mom loves coming to this location for some reason, I don’t know. So today, I came in for a gel French pedicure. I’m in the beauty industry myself, I’m a cosmetologist. When I sat down to put my feet in the bowl the water was cold. I asked him to warm it up and he got an attitude. Then, after he did the gel he put the tiniest amount of lotion on my legs, rubbed it as quick as he could and got me out as quick as he could, no massage whatsoever. $70 later for a place that is disgusting, rude nail techs and not to mention they don’t use gloves, and they do not sanitize their tools correctly. Do not recommend. At all.

I went in for a gel manicure. When I left I hadn’t noticed how uneven the polish coats were, and how weird the shaping was. While I was there I’m pretty sure I saw the lady put water in one of the bottles of polish to make it last longer. I went back the next day to get the fixed, she added another coat and made the shape of my nails less crooked. Typically gel polish lasts 2+ weeks and is just as strong as being an acrylic set. Within a week mine middle nail chipped polish and broke and the next day the gel on my index nail completely flaked off. The lady that did them was very nice, very personal asked a lot of questions about my life to get to know me, but mostly seemed in a hurry to get to the next client. I don’t think I’ll be returning. Also, the pricings on the website haven’t been updated so when you walk in you’ll be paying $5+ more than what the website says. The first two pictures are what I walked out with on the first day, the four after are what happened just a week later

I had a great experience today. I was nervous because of some of the reviews. They were super friendly. I was a walk in and they were able to help my daughter and I witching 5 minutes. They staff was super friendly and very engaging.

I am always greeted, Asked how I am doing, as well as having full conversations while I’m getting my nails done.The prices are somewhat higher than most places but there facility is so much cleaner than any nail salon I have ever been in. Paying a little extra is worth not getting an infection! They are super clean! I only came on here to see if they was open today, (Sunday) but their not. I was hesitant of trying a brand new salon being out of my hometown. However, Q Nails was polite, compassionate, and affordable compared to other salons I had been researching in the area. I mean I got great service (gel polish included) accompanied by great conversation and relaxation for less than $100.00!! I received a Full Set of Acrylics and a Pedicure for my birthday, I loved the color choices, shape they gave, and the cleanliness of the salon. (Always be aware of your surroundings)!! I was at Steak n Shake a few days later, and my waitress complimented my nails and it ends up she goes to the same salon! (What a small world) I will be returning to this salon with excitement!
