I had a scheduled appointment last Friday the nurse left me on hold via the virtual consultation never called or came back I had to called the business Bella Cache back the Office Manager Fate scheduled another appointment today at 1:30pm due to the appointment I had last Friday the nurse leaving me on hold someone was supposed to call me no one has called me which i feel us disrespectful to my time lack of unprofessionalism, rudeness and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable; This is why it is becoming harder to support black businesses.
