It was my first time there; usually I do not go anywhere else but Jill’s eyebrows. I was short on time and it was convenient for me since I was already in the mall. After she was done threading my eyebrows; I noticed part of it were missing. The lady was VERY rude after I pointed out. Now I have BALD spot on my eyebrows! NEVER AGAIN!

I use to get my eyebrows done here but the lady who did a really good job moved to a different location so I followed her. I was already at the mall so I figured I could get them done, even if it was by a different lady. The lady that did my eyebrows here did them WAY too thin and left my right eyebrow patchy. I was so upset. I tried telling her but she couldn’t understand. NEVER again. Now I have super thin uneven eyebrows.

I was at the Four Seasons Mall for the first time June 20th around 7:15. I entered the mall at the JCPenney entrance on the first floor. My three-year-old needed to use the bathroom and I wasn’t sure where or how far the bathroom was from us so I stopped at the little eyebrow shop that’s called Designer 21. The lady working at the time wasn’t busy with any customers so I asked her how much was it to get my eyebrows done? and where is the restroom? She ignored my first question and answered the last question by telling me she didn’t know where the bathroom was to look further very rudely. So I replied you don’t have to talk to me that rudely and she replied by saying yeah… and then continue looking back at her phone. I feel like just because I was a person of color she felt like it was okay to talk to me like that and also disregard my question of me asking how much is it to get my eyebrows done. I would never expect that the Four Seasons mall would have rude vendors like this.

I do not recommend spending your money here. I went in and was supposed to just get a clean up. When I looked at my eyebrows they were so thin. I will never go back.

The people there are racist. I went to go get my eyebrows threaded and the women there had to nerve to tell me she don’t work on men. What a waste!
